1. Returns Due to Product Condition (Our Commitment to Quality)
We take great care to ensure your freeze-dried fruit arrives in perfect condition. If your case arrives with damaged packaging or you believe the product is defective (e.g., signs of moisture, spoilage, or foreign material), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].
You must provide your order number and clear photos/video of the shipping box and the product issue. Upon verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement case or a full refund. This short window is necessary due to the sensitive nature of our products.
2. Returns for Change of Mind / Incorrect Order
Due to the perishable nature of food products and the bulk quantities involved, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or dislike of a flavor.
- Accidental purchase of an incorrect product or quantity.
- Failure to properly review order details before purchase.
All sales of freeze-dried fruit cases are final. Please review your order carefully at checkout.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Any Return
To be eligible for a return under our product condition guarantee (Section 1), the item must be:
- Unopened, with the inner packaging seals intact.
- In the original, resalable condition.
- Reported to us within the 48-hour timeframe.
4. Return Shipping
For returns approved under our Product Condition guarantee, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
